Payment Policy

We bill patients directly on the day treatment is performed. Your choice of payment includes Cash, Debit, Visa, or MasterCard. If you have dental insurance, we send the claim electronically to your insurance company at the end of your appointment so that you can receive the payment from your insurance carrier(s), which is typically within a week. 

We also send predeterminations for patients who prefer to know their coverage prior to any treatment and for any planned major treatment [i.e. bridges, crowns, dentures, veneers]. It can take 2-3 weeks to receive a response.  Please notify us when you receive response for your pre-determination so that we can help you book the necessary appointments in a timely fashion.


This practice was originally established at the current location in 1979. It continues to grow and we are accepting new patients. Our main referral base is through word-of-mouth and we genuinely appreciate your trust and confidence in referring your family and friends to us.
